We welcome interest from all schools or academies to join our alliance regardless of Ofsted designation.

As an alliance of good/outstanding schools we collaborate to provide:

• Expertise from our National Leaders in Education and our Senior Leaders in Education to improve our students’ outcomes and life chances
• High quality CPD at all levels from School Direct trainees to future Executive Heads alongside training for our very valuable Support Staff
• Opportunities for your more experienced and outstanding staff to become SLEs to improve outcomes both within your own school and other schools
• A robust recruitment programme to encourage the best graduates to join our School Direct programme
• High class training for our School Direct trainees through 4 university partners, two of which provide an Outstanding provision for training
